Our Services
Skilled Nursing
Nursing services provided in the home under the care of your physician can be related to infusion, wound care, ostomy care, catheter care, pain management, disease process, and medication teaching and management.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy related to pain, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular needs. Occupational therapy for ADL training and retraining, orthopedic deficits, equipment training, and environmental modifications. Speech therapy for vocal, memory, dysphagia, and speech and communication retraining.
Medical Social Services
Medical Social Workers assist with community resources and long-term management strategies. They can also assist with short-term counseling in the home and assist in application completion for many community benefits.
